In the distant past, in a land shrouded in mist and darkness, perched upon a desolate hill stood a towering castle with secrets darker than the shadows it cast.

Whispers spoke of a vault concealed within its walls that was so dreadful and feared that tongues dared not utter its name. ‘De Damnatorum Fornice’ they called it - translating to “The Accursed Dungeon of the Damned”.

 It was said that the vault was constructed by a powerful sorcerer to imprison the souls of the most wicked and cruel. Upon the sorcerer’s death, the vault lay dormant and abandoned, gradually fading from memory into myth. 

 Yet, a foreboding prophecy lingered — that a time would come when the vault would be unsealed with the sorcerers ring, releasing the damned to carry out the malevolent bidding of the one who set them free. But the ring’s whereabouts are unknown….
